PROJECT BRIEF

Explore the relationship between image and type through the concept of denotative and connotative meanings.  
TARGET

My primary objective was to uncover denotative and connotative meanings associated with the object and visually represent these connections through the imagery and typography I used.  In my case, I focused on an ice cream scooper.

After finalizing my research, I concentrated on sketching and capturing images. The next phase involved integrating type into the visuals and experimenting with various typographic styles. The most challenging aspect of this process was selecting type pairings that complemented the quality of the images.  Despite these design hurdles, I feel I successfully achieved my overall goal.ROLES
